Weekly ad account audits
Your account drifted. Nobody noticed.
Conversion tracking breaks quietly. Budget slides onto search terms nobody would ever buy from. A campaign falls out of its own pattern and keeps spending. AdBaseline learns what normal looks like for your account, then emails you what changed and what it cost.
- Purchase conversion stopped firing 9 days ago—
- 142 search terms with spend, zero conversions in 90d$1,910
- Two ad groups bidding against each other$1,240
- Budget capped on your best-performing campaign$680
- Placement spend on mobile app inventory$350
What it looks for
The things nobody has time to check every week
Most waste isn't dramatic. It's a setting that quietly stopped being right, and then ran for a month.
Broken conversion tracking
A tag change, a site migration, a consent banner update — and your optimisation has been flying blind ever since.
Search terms burning budget
Spend accumulating on queries that have never converted and never will. The list nobody reads to the bottom of.
Campaigns out of pattern
Cost per result drifting well outside what this account normally does, with nothing in the change history to explain it.
Budget in the wrong place
Your best campaign capped while a weaker one runs uncapped. Easy to fix, easy to miss.
Overlap and self-competition
Ad groups and campaigns bidding against each other, quietly raising your own costs.
Placements and audiences
Spend landing on inventory or segments you would never have chosen deliberately.
How it works
Connect once. Read the email.
Connect read-only
Authorise AdBaseline against your Google Ads and Meta accounts. Read-only scopes — we cannot change a bid, a budget or a campaign even by accident.
We learn your baseline
Every account is different. We build a picture of what normal cost, conversion rate and distribution look like for yours before flagging anything.
Findings land Monday
A short email: what changed, what it's costing, and what to do about it. Ranked by money, not by severity theatre.
Access & security
We can read. We cannot touch.
Every integration uses read-only scopes: adwords read access on Google, ads_read on Meta. There is no code path in AdBaseline that writes to your account, because we never request the permission that would allow it.
That's a deliberate constraint, not a limitation we're apologising for. You keep control of every change. We tell you what we found and you decide what to do — or hand it to whoever runs the account.
You can revoke access at any time from your Google or Meta settings, and it takes effect immediately.
- Read-only scopes only — no write permission requested
- Revoke access yourself, any time, without asking us
- We never post, pause, edit or spend on your behalf
- Your data is never sold, and never used to train AI models
- Account data deleted within 30 days of cancellation
Read the privacy policy for exactly what we access and how long we keep it.
Who it's for
Two kinds of people buy this
Advertisers spending $20k+/month
You don't have a person whose job is to read every search term report. Nobody does. AdBaseline is that person, and it costs less than an afternoon of agency time.
One account, weekly findings, unlimited seats.
Agencies running client accounts
Run it across every account you manage. Send the findings out under your own logo, before the client finds the problem themselves. It's the difference between proactive and defensive.
Up to 25 accounts, white-labelled reports.
Pricing is indicative while we onboard the first accounts. Talk to us and we'll be straight about what it costs you.
Questions
Before you ask
Will you change anything in my account?
No, and we couldn't if we wanted to. We request read-only scopes only. Making a change requires a write permission that AdBaseline never asks for, so there is no code path — and no accident — that reaches your campaigns.
Is this just an automated version of the platform's own recommendations?
No. Google and Meta both suggest changes that increase spend, because that's their business. We look for spend that isn't working, which is a different question with a different answer.
Do you guarantee you'll find waste?
No. Some accounts are well run and we'll tell you that, which is worth knowing too. We'll run the first audit before you pay anything, so you can see what we actually found in your account rather than in a sales deck.
What do you do with my data?
We read performance and configuration data from your ad accounts, analyse it, and produce your findings. We don't sell it, we don't share it with other customers, and we don't use it to train AI models. It's deleted within 30 days of cancellation. Full detail in the privacy policy.
Do you use AI, and does that mean my data trains a model?
We do use large language models to analyse accounts and write the findings. We use them under commercial terms that prohibit training on our data, and we send the minimum needed for the analysis. Our subprocessors are listed in the privacy policy.
Are you affiliated with Google or Meta?
No. AdBaseline is an independent tool operated by Media Yard LLC. Google Ads and Meta are trademarks of their respective owners, and neither company endorses or sponsors this service.
What if I disagree with a finding?
Tell us. Every finding shows the data behind it, so it's checkable. If it's wrong we want to know — a tool that cries wolf gets ignored, which makes it worthless.
